摘 要:以过氧化氢为漂白剂,采用2种不同脱色方法(对羊毛脂加脂剂成品脱色和对羊毛脂加脂剂半成品脱色)对磺化琥珀酸化羊毛脂加脂剂进行脱色研究,考察了pH、温度,过氧化氢的用量对脱色反应的影响以及通过不同脱色方法所得产物的稳定性,分析了过氧化氢对加脂剂主要组分的影响。结果表明:采用在羊毛脂与顺酐酯化反应后(即羊毛脂加脂剂半成品)脱色,当过氧化氢添加量为加脂剂起始原料质量的6%,pH=4,70℃下反应90min脱色效果较佳。Decolorization on lanolin fatliquor of sulfonated succinate was studied with hydrogen peroxide as decolourant by two different decoloring methods (decolor of lanolin fatliquor products and bleaching during the preparation process of lanolin fatliquor). Effects of various reaction parameters were investigated that including pH、temperature and the amount of hydrogen peroxide and the stability of the products obtained by different decoloring methods. It analyzed the effect of hydrogen peroxide on main components fatliquor. The result shows that when the amount of hydrogen peroxide added to lanolin fatliquoring agent is 6%(based on the starting material mass in the atliquoring agent ), pH is 4,the time of 90min is essential to this reaction at 70℃, the decoloration result is the best used the decoloring during the preparation process of lanolin fatliquor.
