摘 要:将不同量的氮-磷系阻燃剂应用到皮革复鞣工序中,通过差示扫描量热分析和热失重分析,感观性能和力学性能测试,以及阻燃性能测试,结果表明:阻燃后的皮革热稳定性提高;感官性能得到改善,力学性能增强,氧指数最高可达29.3,垂直燃烧和烟密度均有显著提高,满足了阻燃要求;当阻燃剂施加量为4%时,其热稳定性和阻燃效果最佳。Different dosages of phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants were applied to wet blue leather in retanning process. Several tests were carried out, including DSC-TG analysis, sensory performances and mechanical properties tests, flame resistance tests. The experimental results indicate that the thermal stability of the product is enhanced, the sensory performances are improved, the mechanical properties of the products are better, and the limited oxygen index is higer up to 29.3. Also the results of the vertical combustion and smoke density shows dramatically changes,which could meet the flammability performance requirements. Furthermore, the results also indicate that the thermal stability and flame retardant properties of the leather are optimum when the dosage of flame retardants is 4%.
