摘　　要：间苯三酚是一种亲肌性非阿托品非罂粟碱类纯平滑肌解痉药,能直接作用于胃肠道和泌尿生殖道的平滑肌,在妇科、泌尿科及胃肠科等领域应用广泛,已成为治疗痉挛性疼痛的首选药物。其解痉效果明显,作用迅速,不具有抗胆碱作用,不良反应少,耐受性好。Phloroglucinol, a myotropic, non atropinic and non-papaverine antispasmodic agent, can directly act on smooth muscle. It has become the first-line drug for the treatment of spastic diseases widely in the field of gynecology, urology and gastroenterology and so on. Phloroglucinol is characterized by a rapid onset of action and an obvious antispasmodic effect with less adverse reaction and well-tolerated.
