利喜定治疗慢性肾衰竭患者充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究盐酸乌拉地尔(利喜定)治疗慢性肾衰竭患者充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选择慢性肾衰竭未行替代治疗患者26例,联用利喜定及多巴酚丁胺,观察用药前、后患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、心脏指数(CI)、肺毛细血管楔压(PCWP)、血管总外周阻力(TPR)及左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化,以及血糖、血脂、肝肾功能变化,数据采用t检验。结果:SBP、DBP、HR、PCWP、TPR用药后比用药前均明显下降(P<0.01),CI、LVEF明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:利喜定治疗慢性肾衰竭患者充血性心力衰竭有明显疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Urapidil Hydrochloride（Lixiding,LXD） on chronic renal failure patients with congestive heart failure.Method A total of 26 patients with chronic renal failure were enrolled in this study.Before and after combined use of Lixiding and dobutamin,the changes of SBP,DBP,HR,CI,PCWP,TPR,LVEF,Glu,blood fat,liver function and renal function were measured and the data obtained were analyzed with t test.Results After use of drugs,the SBP,DBP,HR,PCWP and TPR significantly decreased in comparison with those before medication（P0.01）,and CI and LVEF were significantly elevated after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion There is obvious therapeutic efficacy of use of LXD on chronic renal failure patients with congestive heart failure.
