应用皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮的疗效。方法:将76例120处院外带入和院内发生的Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮患者随机分为试验组38例(61处压疮),对照组38例(59处压疮)。试验组采用皮肤止痒脱敏膜喷洒创面,3次/d。对照组采用0.5%碘伏外涂创面,3次/d。分别计算两组压疮治疗的治愈率、总有效率和平均治愈时间。比较两组数据,进行统计学分析。结果:试验组的治愈率和有效率均高于对照组,平均治愈时间短于对照组。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮的效果优于碘伏。具有操作方便、经济实用、无不良反应等特点,值得推广。Objective To study curative effect of skin itching desensitization film on Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree pressure ulcers.Methods 76 cases（with 120 Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree pressure sores）occurred inside or outside the hospital were randomly divided into two groups：the test group contained 38 patients（with 61 pressure sores）and the control group contained 38 patients（with 59 pressure sores）.The test group was sprayed with skin itching desensitization film three times per day.While the control group was treated with 0.5% povidone-iodine three times per day.The cure rate,effective rate and average healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate and effective rate of test group were higher and the average healing time was shorter than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Using skin itching desensitization film to treat Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree pressure sores has significant advantages over 0.5% povidone-iodine.
