比索洛尔与培哚普利长期联合对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆BNP水平干预作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨比索洛尔与培哚普利长期联合治疗慢性心力衰竭对BNP水平的影响。方法:按照随机原则将54例慢性心力衰竭患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组28例在给予常规治疗慢性心力衰竭的基础上加用培哚普利4 mg/d,比索洛尔1.25～5 mg/d;对照组26例给予常规治疗慢性心力衰竭。两组共治疗4个月,观察治疗前与治疗后两组患者的BNP水平、EF、CI、6 min步行距离的变化。结果:治疗组治疗慢性心力衰竭的总有效率为92.9%,对照组治疗慢性心力衰竭的总有效率为53.8%,治疗前后的两组比较,BNP水平、EF、CI、6 min步行距离,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:比索洛尔与培哚普利长期联合能提高治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。Objective To explore the intervention of combination of bisoprolol and perindopril effecting on the plasma concentration of perindopril chronic heart failure patients.Methods 54 cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups,they are treatment group and control group.The 28 patients in treatment group were accepted added perindopril and bisoprolol treating based on the conventional treatment,add with a 4 mg/d,bisoprolol 1.25～5 mg/d;the 26 patients in the control group were accepted conventional therapy.The time of treatment in both groups was 4 months,the indexes of BNP levels,EF,CI,6 min walk distance changes were compared before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.9%,it was higher than that in the control group（53.8%）,they were showed significant difference.The indexes of BNP levels,EF,CI,6 min walk distance changes were better than that before treatment.They were also showed significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The total effective rate could be significantly improved after treatment of combination of bisoprolol and perindopril based on conventional treatment.
