维奥新干预2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价维奥新(薯蓣皂苷)对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症有效性及安全性。方法选择186例合并高脂血症的2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表的方式随机分为2组,治疗组94例给予基础降糖及薯蓣皂苷片治疗,对照组92例则在降糖治疗基础上加服安慰剂,疗程12周。检测2组患者服药前后血脂指标、血液流变学指标、氧化应激指标。结果治疗组治疗后血TG、TC、LDL-c较对照组及治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),HDL则显著上升,血液流变学指标及氧化应激指标显著改善(P<0.05)。结论薯蓣皂苷片能显著调节血脂水平,改善血液流变学、减轻氧化应激,治疗期间仅个别病例有轻微上腹不适,安全性较好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shuyuzaogan Tablet for the mellitus associated with hyperlipemia.Methods 186 patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly by random number table.Treatment group was given to glucose-lowering therapy plus ShuYuZaoGan Tablet,while control group was only treated with glucose-lowering therapy for 12 weeks.Index of blood Lipid,hemarheology and oxidatie stress were detected before and after treatment.Results TG、TG、LDL-c were lower markedly in treatment group after treatment,and HDL-c was higher than before.hemarheology and oxidatie stress were improved significantly too after treatment,when comparing with control group.Conclusions Clinical research indicates that shuyuzaogan tablet can regulate blood Lipid notably,it also can improve index of hemarheology and oxidatie stress.It may be beneficial to prevent cardiovascular event in mellitus patients.There were only several patients having epigastric discomfort during treatment therapeutic process.
