摘　　要：目的:探讨罗哌卡因在蛛网膜下腔应用的麻醉效果及安全性。方法:应用0.894%甲磺酸罗哌卡因1.4～1.8ml加25%GS0.4～0.6ml,注入蛛网膜下腔,然后置导管入硬膜外腔,执行腰硬联合麻醉行剖宫产术;并与盐酸罗哌卡因进行比较。结果:1万例剖宫产手术麻醉,均安全满意,效果确实,无一例出现神经毒性反应。结论:罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔麻醉,效果确实,安全。Objective：Probe into the net ropivacaine because the cavity is used under the subarachnoid. Method： It is sour to use the 0. 894% sulphur of shell ropivacaine add the 25 % GS 0.4-0. 6ml,instil subarachnoid. Carry out combined spinal and epidural block is used anesthesia for cesarean section; And with carry on hydrochloric acid ropivacaine compare. Result：10000 examples anesthesia for cesarean section , all the safeties are effective. Be without 1 example and appear the poisonousness of nerve react. Conclusion： Ropivacaine used anesthesia of subarachnoid , the effect is certain and safety.
