艾灸疗法对长期屈颈位家兔椎后肌肉组织自由基影响的研究

摘　　要：目的对长期屈颈位家兔行艾灸治疗并观察疗效。方法 30只家兔随机分为空白组、模型对照组和治疗组,每组10只。每天2次,每次4 h将模型对照组及治疗组家兔放置于特制的低头位45°框架中造模12周。造模结束后,对治疗组行艾灸治疗。结果模型对照组及治疗组家兔Ca2+-ATP酶含量低于空白组家兔,酶活性降低,治疗组家兔酶活性高于对照组。对照组及治疗组家兔颈部肌肉超氧化物岐化酶的含量低于空白组家兔,酶活性降低,治疗组家兔颈部肌肉超氧化物岐化酶的含量高于模型对照组。对照组及治疗组家兔颈部肌肉丙二醛的含量高于空白组家兔,治疗组家兔颈部肌肉丙二醛的含量低于模型对照组。结论行艾灸治疗后可达到促进血液循环,提高代谢产物清除率,提高Ca2+-ATP酶活性,从而恢复骨骼肌功能,维持整个颈椎系统生物力学平衡的目的 。Objective The purpose of moxibustion treatment of long-term neck flexion position in rabbits and observe the effection.Methods 30 rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,control group and treatment group,10 in each group.2 times a day,every 4 hours to model and treatment groups in rabbits placed on a special 45-degree bow-bit 12 weeks modeling framework.After modeling,the treatment group received moxibustion treatment.Results in the control group and treatment group rabbits Ca2＋-ATP enzyme were lower than blank group rabbits,activity decreased in the treatment group higher activity in rabbits.Control group and treatment group rabbits neck muscle superoxide dismutase were lower than blank group rabbits,activity decreased in the treatment group rabbits neck muscle content of superoxide dismutase higher.Control group and treatment group rabbits neck muscle MDA content was higher than the blank group rabbits,rabbits treated MDA neck muscles than the control group.Conclusion reached after row moxibustion promote blood circulation,increase metabolism clearance rate,increased Ca2＋-ATP activity to restore muscle function,the maintenance of the mechanical balance of long bow position purpose of Systems Biology.
