摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性颈椎病的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析24例手术治疗的外伤性颈椎病患者,所有患者均随访7个月以上。结果根据患者的病情分别采用前路、后路或前后路联合手术,均取得满意疗效。结论影响外伤性颈椎病治疗效果的原因很多,应注意术前病例分析,选择合适的手术方式。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment of Post-traumatic cervical syndrome.Methods A retrospective analysis was made including 24 cases,who were treated by different surgical operations,and followed-up at least 7 months.Results Different approaches such as posterior,anterior,combined posterior and anterior were all followed by satisfactory outcome.Conclusion Different surgical way should be applied for different cases.
