摘　　要：目的探讨经皮激光椎间盘减压术(percutaneous laser disc decompression,PLDD)联合经皮电刺激(HANS)治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床早期疗效。方法选68例符合PLDD治疗适应证的颈椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为两组,分别采用PLDD联合HANS(A组)和单纯PLDD(B组),在治疗前和治疗后1个月、6个月进行疗效评定。结果 (1)A组与B组术后1个月、6个月的优良率分别为77%和56%(P<0.05),86%和62%(P<0.05)。结论 PLDD围手术期须重视颈椎旁软组织及神经功能障碍的治疗。PLDD术联合HANS疗法可明显提高治疗颈椎间盘突出症的早期疗效。Objective To assess the efficacy of percutaneous laser disc decompression（PLDD）combine HANS therapy for patients with cervical disc herniation.Methods 68 patients suffered from cervical disc herniation were seperated into two groups randomly,and treated with PLDD combine HANS（group A）and PLDD（group B）therapy respectively.The clinical outcomes were measured before treatment,1 month,and 6 months after treatment.Results After treatment for 1 month and 6 months,the efficacy of PLDD HANS were 77%and 86% respectively compare with 56% and 62%of PLDD.Conclusion PLDD is identified as effective therapy for patients with cervical disc herniation.HANS therapy postoperatively enhance the therapeutic efficacy obviously than PLDD alone.It is important to treat the disability of nerve and cervical beside soft tissue among patients with cervical disc herniation.
