针灸技术创新的国际化——基于美国针灸专利的定量分析

摘　　要：解析国际间针灸知识流动的结构关系,以推动针灸技术创新的国际化进程。采用统计学方法分析美国针灸专利的国际地理分布,发掘形成针灸技术累积性优势的影响因素及针灸专利引用的创新价值,利用社会网络分析方法构建针灸技术国际创新网络。结果显示,针灸技术的累积性优势与专利滞留期呈正相关,针灸发明的创新价值与专利引用频数呈正相关,美国和加拿大是国际间针灸信息交流与技术传递的核心枢纽。The structure of international flow of acupuncture knowledge was explored in this article so as to promote the globalization of acupuncture technology innovation. Statistical methods were adopted to reveal geographical distribution of acupuncture patents in the U. S. A. and the influencing factors of cumulative advantage of acupuncture techniques as well as innovation value of application of acupuncture patents. Social network analysis was also utilized to establish a global innovation network of acupuncture technology. The result shows that the cumulative strength on acupuncture technology correlates with the patent retention period. The innovative value of acupuncture invention correlates with the frequency of patent citation. And the U. S. A, and Canada seize central positions in the global acupuncture information and technology delivery system.
