摘  要:目的:观察糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血浆丙二醛(MDA)、血管紧张素II(AngII)水平的变化,从氧化应激角度探讨丹红注射液对糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法:随机选2型糖尿病患者(DM)70例分为无DN组、早期DN组、临床DN组。选健康无病者20例为正常对照组,测定所有受试者及临床DN患者应用丹红注射液治疗前后血浆各值水平。结果:临床DN患者应用丹红注射液治疗后,血浆MDA水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),血浆AngII水平治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:临床DN患者应用丹红注射液治疗后可使血浆丙二醛(MDA)、血管紧张素II(AngⅡ)水平下降,病情改善。Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma levels of Malondialdehyde MDA and AngiotensinⅡ AngⅡ in patients with diabetic nephropathy, to study it's effect in development of diabetic nephwpathy, to observe the influence of Danhong injection on plas- ma levels of MDA and AngⅡ in the patients with diabetic nephropathy, from the focus of oxidative stress. Methods: Accoding to WHO diagnostic standard 70 type 2 diabetic patients were selected, all patients were divided into three groups: diabetic patient without nephropathy group,early stage diabetic nephropathy group and clinical diabetic nephropathy group ; and 20 healthy subjects were selected as control group. The plasma levels of MDA and AngⅡ were collected in all groups. The plasma levels of MDA and AngⅡ were measured in clinical diabetic nephropathy before and after treatment with Danhong. Results:After treatment with Danhong the plasma levels of MDA were significantly lower than before treatment( p 〈 0.01 ), the plasma levels of AngIl were significantly lower than before treat- ment(p 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion :The plasma levels of MDA and AngⅡ were decreased in the patients with clinical diabetic nephropathy after treatment with Danhong, and the state of illness was returened.
