摘 要:采用喷射沉积技术与挤压加工技术,制备质量分数为13.0% Fe,1.35% V2.35% Si的高铁耐热铝合金样品,借助电子天平、金相显微镜与能谱仪,测试致密度、显微组织、高铁金属化合物体积分数、相分布以及相组成。结果表明:高铁耐热铝合金沉积致密度达到97.77%;沉积收得率达到81.3%;高铁金属化合物体积分数达到35.91%36.97%;高铁金属化合物分布均匀,其尺寸≤3.22 μm,组分近似为Fe∶V∶Si=10∶1∶5。Samples of heat-resistant aluminum alloys were prepared by spray forming and extrusion processing technology, in which the content of Fe, V, Si were 13.0%, 1.35%, 2.35% (mass fraction) respectively. The density, microstructure, volume fraction of ferrate compounds and distribution of phases were obtained by electronic balance, optical microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results show that the density of ferrate compounds in heat-resistant aluminum alloys is 97.77%, the recovery percent of the alloys is 81.3%, the volume fraction of ferrate compounds in the alloys is 35.91%-36.97%; the distribution of the ferrate compounds in the alloys is homogeneous and the size of which is less than 3.22 μm, the rate of Fe : V :Si is almost 10:1:5.
