摘　　要：以国内外防灾公园理论与实践案例研究为切入点,阐述防灾公园最新研究动向。通过横向对比与纵向追溯,归纳出当今我国相关理论研究方面(认知论、技术论、制度体系和其他相关研究)存在的矛盾与问题,进而以城市规划为视角对我国防灾公园建设现状进行解读,以制定基于实施严肃化、体系健全化、法制完善化及筹资多元化的综合发展策略。Using the theories and case studies of disaster-prevention park both at home and abroad as the point of penetration, the newest research trends of disaster-prevention park are discussed in this paper. Besides, through the transverse contrast and vertical traceability, contradictions and problems existing in the related theory studies in China are generalized so as to interpret＇the construction situation of disaster- prevention park at home from the perspective of urban planning, Accordingly integrative development strategies based on the seriousness of implementation, improvement of policy system, complement of legislation and investment diversification can be made.
