摘  要:以水稻核基因型为珍汕97的4种同核异质雄性不育细胞质(D珍汕97A、G珍汕97A、T珍汕97A、W珍汕97A)及其保持系正常细胞质(珍汕97B)为对象,取其一叶一心期幼苗为试材,用对野败型雄性不育细胞质具有专化侵染性的稻瘟病茵90-2菌株产生的粗毒素进行浸根处理8h后,用等电聚焦电泳法测定叶片中酯酶同工酶谱的变化情况。结果表明,同核情况下不同细胞质试材的酯酶同工酶谱存在不同程度的差异,毒素处理后它们酯酶同工酶谱的反应也存在不同程度的区别。The seedlings of four kinds of rice Zhenshan 97 CMS and their normal cytoplasm with homocaryon, were treated soakedly by crude toxins from P.oryzae 90 - 2 strain which is special pathogenic to wild abortive rice CMS. After eight hours of treatment, IEF was utilized to detect their changed states of esterase isozymes in the leaves. The results showed that the isozyme band in homocaryon CMS was different to some extent. It showed that the reactions of esterase isozymes in activity and types among experimental materials to the toxins was also different .
