化学杀雄剂号对水稻生长的影响

摘　　要：对籼稻“3037”和粳稻“02428”、“9325”施用化学杀雄剂号,研究其对水稻生长发育的影响。结果显示,盆栽和大田条件下,在水稻幼穗发育的不同时期一次性使用化学杀雄剂号,除了不同程度地导致水稻雄性不育外,对水稻株高、穗长、总粒数均有一定的影响,与对照(喷清水)相比,株高矮45～112cm、穗长短08～33cm、总粒数少77～291粒,而对抽穗期、开花习性和雌蕊育性基本无影响或影响很小。化学杀雄剂号诱导水稻雄性不育属于无花粉型败育。Chemical hybridizing agent was applied to Indica rice“3 0 3 7”and Japonica rice“0 2 4 2 8”and “93 2 5”at different stage of young panicle development to study its effect on rice growth.3 0 3 7and 0 2 4 2 8were planted in pot while93 2 5 was planted in the paddy field.CHA was used only once at each stage.It could be found thatplantheight,panicle length and totalgrain no.ofrice with CHA treatmentwere4 5～ 1 1 2 cm,0 8～ 3 3 cm and7 7～ 2 9 1 grain less than CK( clear water treatment) ,respectively.CHA treatmenthad almost few or no effects on heading time,flowering property and pistilfertility,butitcould cause rice male sterility which be longed to none pollen abortion.
