摘 要:在合成聚氨酯乳液时,通过改变亲水基乙氧基(EO)和羧基(COOH)在聚合物主链中的序列结构或分布,研究它们对聚氨酯乳液亲水性能的影响。实验表明:乙氧基用量增加有利于提高乳液稳定性,其在聚合物链上的分布越均匀,乳液的亲水性越好;同样在预聚中引入羧基会使得聚氨酯乳液体系比其他加入方式的聚氨酯乳液体系的耐酸、耐碱性能好。During the course of the synthesis of polyurethane emulsion,distribution of hydrophilic groups was researched for the effect of the water-solubility of polyurethane by varying the amount and distribution density of the oxethyl groups(EO) and the sequences of the carboxyl groups(COOH).The result of the experiments shows that the emulsion stability is more stable when the amount of oxethyl groups is increased.And the higher the distribution density of the oxethyl groups in the main chain of the polyurethane,the better the water-solubility of the emulsion.What's more,the water-solubility of the emulsion which the carboxyl groups are added before the chain extending is better than that which uses other ways in terms of alkali-resisting and salt-resisting.
