环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂的性能研究

摘　　要：采用机械共混法制备了环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯涂饰剂,研究了环氧树脂用量对涂饰剂乳液及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:环氧树脂用量为8%时,涂饰剂的乳液稳定性仍较好;随着环氧树脂的加入量增大,乳液黏度和表面张力增大,乳液的平均粒径变大;涂膜的抗张强度、耐水、耐溶剂、耐酸、耐碱、耐盐性能随着环氧树脂用量的增加而提高,而涂膜断裂伸长率和回弹性随着环氧树脂用量的增加而下降。Epoxy resin modified water-borne polyurethane finishing agent（E-PU） was prepared by mechanical blending,the influence of epoxy resin dosage to emulsion and film properties of finishing agent was studied.The results indicate that： when used 8% of the amount of epoxy resin,emulsion stability is still good.With the addition of epoxy resin,viscosity,surface tension and the average particle size distribution of emulsion increased.Tensile strength,water-resistance,solvent-resistance,acid-resistance,alkali-resistance,salt-resistance of the film enhanced with increasing dosage of the epoxy resin,elongation at breaking and recovery performance of the film debased.
