摘  要:以单独添加Nb及复合添加Nb和B的超纯Cr17铁素体不锈钢为试验材料,系统研究了微合金元素B对超纯Cr17铁素体不锈钢薄板的组织、织构和性能的影响。两种不同成分的坯料经相同热轧、冷轧及退火处理后,分别采用金相显微镜及X射线衍射技术观察两种成分下的组织和织构。研究结果表明,与单独添加Nb的相比,B的添加细化了再结晶组织,提高了再结晶温度;B的添加提高了成品板的强度,增加了成品板的Lüders应变;弱化了成品板的γ纤维再结晶织构,增加了强点偏离{111}<112>组分的程度,恶化了成品板的成形性能。The influence of boron on microstructure,texture and mechanical properties in ultra purified ferritic stainless steels was investigated,in which the steels with the single addition Nb and the simultaneous addition Nb with B were compared.The steels were hot rolled,annealed,cold rolled in the same processes.The microstructure was observed by optical microscopy.The texture was measured by using an X-ray diffractometer.The results show that when B is added,the final sheet has much finer grain,higher recrystallization temperature than that with Nb single addition.The addition of B led to increasing the strength and Lüders strain of final sheets.The addition of B led to weakening the γ-fiber recrystallization texture of final sheets,increasing the deviation of recrystallization textures from {111}〈112 〉and therefore deteriorating the formability of the final sheets.
