摘  要:重点研究解键剂对绒毛浆板的耐破度、蓬松度以及吸水性的影响,探讨解键剂的作用机理以及解键剂用量对绒毛浆耐破度、保水值的影响,以及细小纤维和纤维长度对解键剂用量、压榨压力对解键剂用量的影响。结果表明:解键剂通过屏蔽纤维素羟基以降低绒毛浆板耐破度,通过引入亲水基提高绒毛浆吸水性;随着解键剂用量的增加,绒毛浆板的耐破度和纸页的紧度呈下降趋势,保水值却呈先下降后上升的趋势,细小纤维含量越高和纤维长度越长会增加解键剂用量,且细小纤维的影响更甚。解键剂的用量在一定范围内随着压榨压力的增加而增加,才能使绒毛浆板耐破度控制在国标范围内。Dbonder has significant impact on the burst, bulk and absortion of fluff pulp. Debonding mechanism and the influence of the debonder dosage on the burst, water retention value of fluff pulp were studied, the influence of fine fiber, fiber length and pressure on the debonder dosage were also studied. Results showed that the burst of the fluff pulp reduced through shield the hydroxyl by the debonder, and the absorption of the fluff pulp was increased by adding hydrophilic on the debonder. The burst and tightness decreased with the increasing of the debonder dosage. At the same time, water retention value decreased first and then rose. The deboner dosage could be increased as a result of high content of the fine fibers and long fibers, and especially the fine fibers. The debonder dosage was also increased along with the increasing of the pressure within a certain range in order to make the burst meet the national standard.
