再生新闻纸厂结垢物质的分析

摘　　要：废纸的回用在造纸工业中已占相当大的比例。然而在白水封闭使用的情况下,就会在制浆或造纸设备上产生结垢物,严重影响生产的正常进行。本文根据从西安精美纸业公司制浆系统圆网洗浆机上采集的结垢物试样的分析,明确结垢物的主要成分和结垢的条件,希望对实际生产有所帮助。The recycled pulp has accounted for the quite great proportion in the papermaking industry. However in the closed water circuit, the unknown scale substances actually appear on the pulp and papermaking equipments, seriously affect the normal production.This article according to the study on the unknown scale substances from the cylinder mould in Xi＇an Jingmei Paper MiU is clear about the ingredients of the scale substance and the scaling condition, hopes to help the actual production.
