摘　　要：论文在对近年来图书馆文化建设研究文献进行综合分析的基础上指出:国内该主题研究具有与时俱进、内容系统而丰富、跨学科融合等研究特征,而网络文化、学术文化、创新文化、读者文化应成为今后图书馆文化建设研究的主要方向。Through comprehensive analysis of the research literature of the culture construction of library in recent years, this paper points out that the topic research in China possess the research characteristics of keeping pace with the times, being systematic and abundant, inter-diseipline. Network culture, academic culture, innovative culture, readers＇ culture should be the main research direction of the library culture construction for the future.
