摘　　要：江苏省公共图书馆联合参考咨询网是由南京图书馆牵头、江苏省公共图书馆合作建立的公益性服务网络。论文分析联合参考咨询网的发展动因,从咨询数量、资源共享情况和服务效果等几个方面说明其三年来取得的成效,并在总结经验的基础上对今后的发展提出了建议。The online reference service, sponsored by Nanjing Library, is a flee service in cooperation with the other public libraries in Jiangsu Province.This paper＇analyzes the cause of its development, explains its effect made from several respects such as the consulting quantity, the resource-sharing situation and service result over the past three years. Based on the previous experience, it also gives some advice on its future development.
