摘　　要：论文首先提出建设陕西省图书馆联盟的必要性,同时对陕西省图书馆联盟的建设从组织结构建设、联盟基地建设、文献资源建设模式、联盟内文献传递模式等方面进行了具体描绘,讨论了陕西省图书馆联盟建成后在加强馆际合作、提升馆员能力、构建服务体系等方面的作用。This paper puts forward the necessity of building the Library Consortium of Shanxi Province at first, specifically describes the construction of the Library Consortium of Shaanxi Province from the construction of the institutional framework,construction of the base, literature resource building mode,literature transmitting mode at the same time.It also discusses the function of the Library Consortium of Shanxi Province in inter-library cooperation, promoting librarian＇s ability, constructing service system, etc, after it＇s building up.
