摘 要:背景过氧化物酶(peroxiredoxins,Prxs)在氧化应激反应中具有重要的保护作用。近年来研究发现,过氧化物酶Ⅱ(PrxⅡ)在心肌缺血,再灌注中变化显著,上调PrxⅡ表达对氧化应激损伤具有显著的保护作用,其作用机制有待澄清。目的总结PrxⅡ在氧化应激损伤中保护作用的调控机制,为改善缺血,再灌注损伤(ischemia/repeffusion injury,I/R1)的疗效提供新的思路。内容就PrxⅡ在心肌保护中的作用及研究进展做简要的综述。趋向PrxⅡ可能会成为氧化应激损伤中保护心脏的潜在靶点。Background Peroxiredoxins play crucial roles in protecting heart from oxidative stress-induced injury. Several lines of evidence suggest that expression level of peroxiredoxin Ⅱ (Prx Ⅱ ) was sharply changed in ischemia/repeffusion myoeardium and the overexpression of Prx Ⅱ significantly protected from H202-induced apoptosis and necrosis. And the underlying mechanisms were worth identifying. Objective To summarize the regulatory mechanisms on protective effec, t of Prx Ⅱ in oxidative stressinduced injury-may provide a promising way for cardiac protection from isehemia and reperfusion injury. Content To discuss the mechanisms underlying the protective role of Prx Ⅱ in oxidative stress -induced injury. Trend Prx Ⅱ may be a potential target for treating cardiac oxidative stress-induced injury.
