摘  要:说明了利用双引发剂可以制得具有相容性和降解性的双功能接枝物PP-g-(MAH-St),实验结果表明:应用第二引发剂DTBP可有效地提高PP与MAH和St的接枝效果。双功能接枝物PP-g-(MAH-St)可使聚丙烯熔体指数大幅度提高,当其用量15%~20%时,降解聚丙烯的MI发生了突跃,从22 g/10 min提高到42 g/10 min。双功能接枝物PP-g-(MAH-St)可提高聚丙烯与无机填料CaCO3间的相容性,使PP/CaCO3复合材料的力学性能提高,并且极大地改善了复合材料的流动性能。The double effect graft polymer PP-g-(MAH-St) with compatibility and degradability was obtained by two kinds of initiator. The experimental result indicated that grafting ratio of PP-g-(MAH-St) was improved by using second initiator DTBP. MI of PP was greatly increased due to PP-g-(MAH-St). when it was 15 % -20 % ,M1 of degradabile PP abrupt changed from 22 g/10 min to 42 g/10 rain. Compatibility between PP and CaCO3 was improved due to PP-g-(MAH-St) , mechanical properties and flowing property of PP/CaCO3 composite were also increased.
