摘　　要：分析了送收话器组外连接插座的成型工艺特点,介绍了模具结构及工作过程和设计要点,在原来设计的基础上改进了浇口的形式,采用潜伏式浇口,满足了浇口痕迹小的外观要求,提高了产品质量和劳动生产率。对侧抽芯机构设计进行了重点介绍。生产实践证明:产品质量优良,产生了较好的社会效益和经济效益。The features of moulding process for transceiver out-connection socket has analyzed,and the structure of moulds were introduced. The process was characterized by the improvement of moulding form based on original design, adopt tunnel gate, met the apparent request of small vestige, raised product quality and labor capacity. The structural design for side corepulling were introduced. Productive practice proved that it had a fine product quality and had a better social benefit and economic benefit.
