摘　　要：目的:比较育龄妇女月经间期放置3种宫内节育器(IUD)的使用效果。方法:对2008年1月～2010年5月在本中心、青海红十字医院和乐都县计划生育服务站放置GyneFix330、TCu380A和MLCu375IUD共799例妇女进行1年随访,比较使用1年的临床效果和副反应。结果:GyneFix330、TCu380A和MLCu375IUD的带器妊娠率分别为每百妇女年0、0.29、1.98,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020);脱落率分别为每百妇女年1.48、1.45和6.75,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);因医疗原因取出率分别为每百妇女年1.48、8.14、4.37,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005);与IUD相关的终止率分别为每百妇女年2.96,9.88,13.10,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:GyneFix330IUD在3种IUD中带器妊娠率低、终止率低、续用率高、副反应较小,但临床应用要根据育龄妇女的自身情况适宜选择。Objective：To compare the effects of three types of intrauterine devices（IUDs） inserting during inter-menstruation.Methods：A total of 799 women underwent the insertion of GyneFix330,TCu380A and MLCu375 IUDs in Family planning Scientific and Technical Guidance Centers of Qinghai Province,Red Cross Hospital of Qinghai and Service Station of Family Planning of Ledu County between Jan,2008 and May,2010,and followed up for one year.The effectiveness and side effects were evaluated.Results：The pregnancy rates for those with GyneFix330,TCu380A and MLCu375 IUDs insertion were 0,0.29,1.98 per 100 women per year（P=0.020）,and the expulsion rates were 1.48,1.45,6.75 per 100 women per year（P〈0.001）,and the removal rates for medical reasons were 1.48,8.14,4.37 per 100 women per year（P=0.005）.The discontinue rates correlative to the use of IUDs were 2.96,9.88,13.10 per 100 women per year（P〈0.001）.Conclusion：There are lower pregnancy and discontinue rates with higher continuation rate and less side effects in women with GyneFix330 IUD insertion.While an appropriate IUD should be selected according to the condition of each woman.
