摘  要:压力容器卸压,内部气体膨胀对外做功,温度下降,必然会导致压力容器温度的降低。本文以氧气罐冬季卸压为例,提出简化的圆筒模型。通过整体理论分析及局部Fluent数值计算,对造成压力容器卸压过程温度下降的因素及温降幅度进行研究,并给出此工况下合理的设计结构,以及避开低温工况的最低允许工作温度。The gas in the pressure vessel during discharging expands and works to the environment,and its temperature falls to cause the drop of the temperature of the pressure vessel.This paper proposes a simpli-fied cylinder model by taking the discharging of a oxygen tank in winter as an example.The factors contrib-uting to the temperature drop and the temperature drop range during the discharging of the pressure vessel is studied by the theoretic analysis and numerical calculation,and the optimization design for this condition and the lowest allowable operation temperature to avoid the low temperature condition are given..
