预防热性惊厥首次复发的健康教育

摘　　要：[目的]探讨预防热性惊厥复发中健康教育的应用。[方法]回顾性分析2006年1月~2008年1月收治的82例热性惊厥患儿的护理资料,在积极治疗的同时并对其家长进行反复强化健康教育。[结果]缓解了家属的焦虑情绪,提高了患儿及家属的依从性。93.90%的家长对热性惊厥的相关知识有了较好的理解和掌握。出院后随访2年,复发率为16.67%,与2002~2005年43.81%的复发率比较,差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。[结论]热性惊厥复发率较高,对患儿家属进行健康教育,能及时控制惊厥和有效地预防再次发作。[Objective]To discuss the application of health education in the prevention of febrile seizures recurrence in children.[Methods]Retrospectively analyzed nursing information of 82 children of febrile seizures from January 2006 to January 2008,the children were given active treatment,repeated enhanced health education were implemented for their parents.[Results]Health education effectively alleviated the anxiety of parents of children,improved the compliance of patients and their parents. 93.90% of parents mastered the knowledge of febrile seizures. The difference between the recurrence rates of febrile seizures in two-year after discharge（16.67%）was significant（P﹤0.05）,comparing with the recurrence rates from 2002 to 2005（43,81%）.[Conclusion]Enhanced health education for the parents of febrile seizures children could effectively alleviate the severity of febrile seizures,prevent the recurrence of children febrile seizures.
