摘　　要：[目的]探讨循证护理理念提高消毒供应中心工作质量的效果。[方法]引入循证护理理念,实施循证管理,与传统管理比较,评价其效果。[结果]实施循证管理后临床满意度和工作人员满意度均显著高于传统管理,锐器损伤和质量缺陷显著低于传统管理。[结论]循证管理能显著提高消毒供应中心工作质量。[Objective]To explore the effect of application of evidence-based nursing conception on improving the work quality of central sterile supply department.[Methods]By introducing evidence-based nursing conception,evidence-based management was applied,the effects of evidence-based management and traditional management were evaluated.[Results]The satisfaction levels of the clinical serving and the employee in evidence-based management were significantly higher than those in traditional management,The number of nipping tool’s injuries and the rate of quality default were significantly lower than those in traditional management.[Conclusion]Evidence-based management significantly promotes the work quality of central sterile supply department.
