摘　　要：稀土是全球争夺的重要战略资源,稀土功能材料更是战略性新兴产业发展的催化剂,应用前景广阔。然而,稀土产业附加值的高低取决于是否掌握核心技术。分析我国稀土产业发展面临的问题,提出系统谋划我国稀土产业发展、瞄准价值链高端、加快我国稀土产业的技术创新体系建设等发展我国稀土产业的几点思考。Rare earth（RE） is an important strategic resource for competition in the world.RE functional materials are the catalysts of strategic and emerging industries,which have a bright application prospect.However,RE industrial added value depends on whether mastering core technologies.After analyzing the problems of China＇s RE industry,this paper proposes to systematically plan China＇s RE industry,aim at high-end value chain,and speed up the construction of technology innovation system in order to accelerate the development of China＇s RE industry.
