摘　　要：为了测度我国各省区科技物力资源效能的发展水平,以高技术产业为研究对象,运用数据包络分析法(DEA),通过构建科技物力资源效能发展评价指标体系,对高技术产业科技物力资源的效能发展进行有效性分析,并绘制出效能发展有效性的雁行形态图,呈现我国各省区科技物力资源效能发展的现状。在此基础上进行松弛度分析,调整物力资源的投入,从而使各省区的科技物力资源效能达到目标发展状态。In order to measure the effective development level of science and technology material resources,Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA） method is used to research the high-tech industry.Through establishing the effective development evaluation index system,effectiveness analyses are made on the effective development of science and technology material resources in high-tech industry,and a diagram of flying geese is plotted,showing the effective development situation of science and technology material resources of provinces and regions in China.Then the paper makes relaxation analysis and adjusts the input of material resources to achieve the target development state of science and technology material resources in each province.
