摘　　要：亚健康是机体在内外环境不良刺激下引起心理、生理发生异常变化,但尚未达到明显病理性反映的程度,是处于疾病与健康之间的一种生理机能低下的状态。国内外很多专家学者都表示了对这一问题的关注。为了更好的研究亚健康,笔者从亚健康的流行、影响因素、临床表现和分型、干预措施等方面对亚健康问题进行综述。Sub-health is series of abnormal psychological and physiological changes caused by the body＇s internal and external environmental stimuli, but it has not yet reached the significant pathological extent of disease, and was in a poor status of physiological function between disease and health. It has become a medical research hotspot and be concerned by many domestic and foreign experts. This article gave review on the epidemic, etiology and mechanisms, clinical manifestations and classification, intervention measures and other aspects of the sub-heahh.
