南海海洋科学数据库数据共享与服务系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：南海海洋科学数据库数据资源包括多学科海洋观测数据、遥感数据、海洋模型模拟数据、同化数据以及各类数据产品。针对数据的学科差异、分布异构性,采用OPeNDAP协议及其软件框架搭建起数据共享与服务系统,并集成于VDB数据管理与共享平台,实现了南海海洋数据的网络可视化服务应用。本文就系统架构和功能、数据库设计和实现做简要讨论,并提出南海e-Ocean Science,即海洋科研信息化构想。The South China Sea Ocean Database （SCSODB） collects and integrates multi- disciplinary ocean observational data, remote sensing data, model simulation data, assimilation data and various products. Based on diverse disciplines and the higtily distributed environment of heterogeneous datasets, we have used OPeNDAP protocol and software framework to build the data sharing and service systems, and integrated in the VDB data management and sharing platform, to realize network visualization services and application of the South China Sea data. In this paper, system architecture and functionality, design and implementation are briefly discussed and e-Ocean Science, the idea of informatization of ocean scientific research put forward.
