摘　　要：数据作为科研活动的中间形式,如何对其进行高效管理和评价成为当前的重要任务之一。论文分析了科学数据质量管理与评价在地理客观世界认知过程中的地位,阐述了数据质量问题的来源及其分类,给出了当前主要的数据质量评价模型和方法,选择加权平均缺陷扣分法以矢量数据为对象进行了实例评价,给出了该数据的评价效果为优等的结论,并对下一步的工作重点进行了展望。As the carrier of the research work, scientific data play a key role in the process of almost all kinds of research work and how to manage and evaluate them have been the crucial task for us. The paper analyzes the importance of the data management and evaluation during cognizing the objective entity, providing several kinds of evaluation models and methods. After that, it evaluates the data quality with a case study of vector data and gives us the result, at last, the perspective work was also provided.
