摘  要:①目的探讨音乐干预对情绪应激大鼠血浆皮质酮和IL-1β含量的影响。②方法经过4天适应期后,对大鼠进行定时喂水训练1周,随后进入以空瓶刺激作为应激源的为期2周的情绪应激期,测定大鼠血浆中皮质酮和IL-1β含量。③结果模型组皮质酮含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),音乐组显著低于对照组(P<0.01),音乐模型组显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。IL-1β含量变化:对照组高于模型组,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),音乐组和音乐模型组显著高于模型组(P<0.01/P<0.01),音乐组显著高于音乐模型组(P<0.05)。④结论音乐干预可能降低情绪应激状态下大鼠血浆皮质酮的含量,增加内源性IL-1β的释放,对抗应激引发的免疫抑制效应。Objective To explore the effect of music intervention on plasma corticosterone and IL-1βconcentration in rats of emotional stress.Methods After a 4 day adaptive phase,Wistar rats were conducted on training of water drinking at fixed time for 1 week and exerted on emotional stress which the uncertain empty bottle stress was used as a source for 2 weeks in the later stage of training,corticosterone and IL-1β concentration were measured.Results(1) Corticosterone level of stress group are significant higher than control group(P0.01);music group are significant lower than control group(P0.01);(music+sress) group are significant higher than stress group(P0.01).(2)concentration changes of IL-1β: control group are higher than stress group,but haven't significant difference with them(P0.05).Music group and(music+stress) group are significant higher than stress group(P0.01/P0.01);music group are significant higher than(music+sress) group(P0.05).Conclusion It indicated that music intervention might decrease the release of corticosterone and increase the release of endogenous IL-1βto maintain the stabilization of immune function under emotion stress state.
