HPLC测定脂肝清胶囊中栀子苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立脂肝清胶囊中栀子苷的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil BDS-C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(14∶86),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为240 nm。结果栀子苷进样量在0.139～0.834μg范围内与色谱峰面积之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为101.1%,RSD=2.4%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为脂肝清胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of geniposide in Zhiganqing Capsules by HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on a Hypersil BDS-C18（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm）,with acetonitrile-wate（14∶86） as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.Results There was good linear relationship between the mass and the peak area of geniposide in the range of 0.139-0.834 ？g（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery was 101.1%,and RSD was 2.4%（n=6）.Conclusion The established method is rapid,simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Zhiganqing Capsules.
