摘  要:研究了两种新型含铅燃述催化剂(ct203-1,ct203-2)对NEPE推进剂燃达压强指数的影响。采用小配方实验和DSC研究了两种催化剂与硝酸酯的相容性以及对推进剂固化反应的影响和对RDX热分解的催化作用.并利用恒压静态燃速仪测试了推进剂在4~11MPa下的燃烧速度和燃速压强指数。结果表明两种催化剂都表现出与硝酸酯良好的相容性.对推进剂的固化反应有明显的催化作用,对RDX的热分解行为则基本没有影响。两种催化剂均具有明显的降低NEPE推进剂燃速压强指数的作用,分别使NEPE推进剂的棋迷压强指数降低到0.53和0.54。Effects of two new kinds of burning rate catalysts which containing organo-lcad on thecombustion behaviors of NEPE solid propellant are studied. The compatibility of the catalysts andnitratc ester, as wcll as the effect of thc two catalysts on the curing reaction and on the thermaldecomposition behavior of RDX are also studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and smallrecipe-type experiments. It is found that two catalysts show a good compatibility with nitrate ester,remarkably accelerate the curing reaction of the propellant but have little effect on the thermaldccomposition of RDX. Thc two catalysts both have good effects on decreasing the pressure exponents ofNEPE solid propellant,making the cxponents down to 0. 53 and 0. 54.
