摘　　要：目的:了解手术康复期出院病人社区卫生服务利用的状况及影响因素,为建立社区卫生服务网络提供依据。方法:采用整群分层抽样方法,在某综合医院抽取328例手术病人,在出院1周时电话随访问卷调查。结果:22.3%的病人寻求社区卫生服务的帮助。文化程度越高、曾经接受过社区卫生服务、有意愿建立社区卫生服务网络的病人更容易寻求社区卫生服务的帮助(P<0.05)。结论:手术病人出院后社区卫生服务利用率较低。Objective： To investigate surgical patients＇ utilization and related factors of community health services post discharge, to provide a basis for building a health service network. Methods： Using cluster stratified sampling, 328 adult patients undergoing surgery procedures were selected from a general hospital. A telephone interview was conducted at 1 weeks post discharge. Results： There are 22.3% patients asked for help from the community health services. Experience of past utilization of community health services had positive influence on utilization. The people, who have higher educational level or are willing to build the community health service network, are more likely to utilize the community health service（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The utilization rate of community health services in post-discharged surgical patients is low.
