摘　　要：目的:掌握患者人次、人均费用、日均费用对某院2008—2009年医疗业务收入的影响及影响程度。方法:运用多元函数全增量因素分析法。结果:影响门诊业务收入增加的根本原因是门诊人次增加,住院业务收入的增加是由于出院人次增加及出院者人均日费用增加所致。结论:医院今后应进一步强化医院经济管理,努力提高医疗质量和服务质量,优化服务流程,合理调配医疗资源,降低住院人均费用,真正做到低费用、高疗效,使医院经营朝着持续、健康、稳定的方向发展。Objective： To evaluate patients＇ amount, average expense per person, and average expense per day influencing the medical service business income at one hospital from 2008 to 2009. Methods： Multivariate complete incremental factorial analysis is used. Results： The primary reason for the increase of service business income is the number of outpatients. The increase of business income by the in-patient department is the result of the increase of patient amount and expense per patient per day. Conclusion： In the future, hospitals should further strengthen economical management, diligently improve the quality of medical service, optimize service flow, appropriately allocate medical resources, reduce average expenses per patient, and make optimal curative effect at low expenses in reality, in order to make the hospital management developing in a healthy, stable and sustainable direction.
