摘 要:从一种Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金5.0 mm厚度的热轧-中温轧制板材切取试料,在盐浴炉中进行470℃1 h固溶处理、水中淬火,然后进行不同人工时效制度处理,从而研究单级时效制度、双级时效制度对该Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金板材的硬度、电导率的影响,确定了采用双级人工时效工艺制度处理该合金板材可获得好的综合性能。为实际生产该合金板材提供了一定的依据和技术支持。In order to investigate the influence of aging process on hardness and electric conductivity of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy plate with thickness of 5.0 mm,the samples have been cut from the plates which were hot rolled and mid-hot-rolled.Then the samples are solid solution treated in salt bath furnaces of 470 ℃ with 1h holding and quenched in water,after quenching the samples have been aged with different artificial aging processes.The influence of single stage and double-stage aging on hardness and electric conductivity of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy has been studied.The studying proves that the artificial two step aging can make the alloy plate obtain excellent comprehensive properties.The two step aging process can be taken as a technical support for producing this alloy plate with high quality.
