摘 要:试验研究不同固溶温度、二级时效温度和保温时间对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu铝合金薄板力学性能及电导率的影响。结果表明,随着固溶温度提高,板材的强度提高,伸长率降低,电导率变化不大;随着二级时效温度升高,板材的强度降低,伸长率稍有降低,电导率平稳升高;随着二级时效保温时间延长,板材的强度下降,伸长率变化不大,电导率逐渐升高。该合金板材T76状态的适宜固溶温度为(467±2)℃,双级时效制度为(120±3)℃5 h+(166+3)℃36 h。The influence of different solution heat treatment temperature,two-step aging temperature and holding time on mechanical properties and electric conductivity of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy sheet have been investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties of the sheet are increased with increasing of solution heating temperature,the elongation is decreased and the electric conductivity changes not too much;the mechanical properties of the sheet decrease while the two-step aging temperature is increased,its elongation decreases slightly,and its electric conductivity increases;the mechanical properties of the sheet decrease while the holding time of two-step aging elongates,its elongation does not change too much,but its electric conduction increases gradually.The reasonable solution heat treatment temperature for Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy sheet with T76 temper is(467±2)℃,two-step aging processes should be(120±3)℃ with 5h holding +(166±3)℃ with 36 h holding.
