摘　　要：本文以混合断路器用大功率二极管为研究对象,详细分析了功率二极管的正向导通过程,建立了正向恢复的集总电荷模型,对影响二极管正向恢复过电压的相关参数进行了探讨,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。The high power diode in hybrid circuit breaker is investigated in this paper.With a detailed analysis of turn-on process,the lumped charge model for diode forward recovery is developed.According to the model,the parameters corresponding to the over-voltage in the forward recovery process are discussed.All the theoretical findings are finally verified by the experimental results.
