摘　　要：利用Web语言开发一个符合本校应用的学报管理系统。本系统不仅克服了传统管理模式中出版时间比较长、管理的效率比较低下,无法满足日益扩大的业务量需求等一系列缺点,而且切实提高了该校学报管理的效率。希望对各个学校根据具体的情况开发符合自己的学报管理系统起到借鉴作用和参考价值。A journal management system consistent with our college is developed with Web language.This system not only overcomes a series of shortcomings in traditional management mode： published in a long time,relatively low efficiency of the management and can not meet the needs of the growing business volume,but also improves the efficiency of journal management effectively.It is wished to be a valuable reference in various schools development of management systems in line with their own situation.
