摘　　要：为提升电动葫芦门式起重机的制造品质,笔者以10 t电动葫芦门式起重机为案例,通过结构特点以及焊接余量的计算,分析出制造工艺、焊接顺序、焊接办法及注意事项、拼装检查、预拼装检查测量要求、主梁总体线形尺寸检查等项目的特点和相关技术手段,详细的阐述了其制作技术,从而有效地提高了电动葫芦门式起重机主梁的制造技术,借此希望能对类似工程起到好的借鉴作用。to enhance the electric hoist door crane manufacturing quality,the author to 10 t electric hoist door crane for case,through the structure characteristics and the calculation of welding allowance,analyze the manufacturing process,the welding sequence,welding method and the matters needing attention,assembles inspection,the check assembly measurement requirements,girders general linear dimensional check project characteristics and related technical means,detailed expounds its production technology,so as to improve the efficiency of the electric hoist door crane girders manufacturing technology,take this hope for similar projects can play a good reference.
