摘  要:采集未成熟的枳壳[Poncirus trifoliate(L.)Raf.]果实剥取幼嫩种子播种,研究了枳壳种子的萌发情况和幼苗的生长状况。试验设置12个处理,分别为:(1)光照处理:设全光照、光照∶黑暗=12h∶12h、全黑暗3个处理;(2)温度处理:在光照∶黑暗=12h∶12h,设15、25、35℃3个恒温和25℃/15℃(昼夜交替)1个变温,共4个处理;(3)氯化钠(NaCl)胁迫处理:在光照∶黑暗=12h∶12h和25℃条件下,NaCl设置0.0(CK)、0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、0.9mol/L共6个处理。结果表明,枳壳种子萌发和幼苗生长的最佳处理组合均为光照∶黑暗=12h∶12h、25℃和0.0mol/L的NaCl。The effect of different environmental conditions on seed germination and seedling growth status were studied with trifoliate orange seeds which were used by randomized trial design.All 12 treatments were set respectively as follows:(1) Light treatment: full light,light∶dark=12h∶12h and full dark.(2) Temperature treatment: light∶dark=12h∶12h condition and set 15,25,35℃ 3 constant temperature and 25℃/15℃(light/dark) a variable temperature.(3) NaCl stress treatment: light∶dark=12h∶12h and 25℃condition,under the conditions of 0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9mol/L with 0.0mol/L NaCl concentration(plus distilled water) as control.The results showed that the treatment of light∶dark=12h∶12h,normal temperature 25℃ and zero concentration of NaCl was best for germination and seedling growth of trifoliate orange.
