摘　　要：当前,我国大学生失业问题日益严重,为了有效地缓解这一问题,劳动保障部门在借鉴发达国家成功经验的基础上提出了具有自身特色的高校毕业生就业见习计划。近年来,该计划蓬勃发展,取得了可喜成绩,但由于该计划起步比较晚,在发展过程中出现了诸多问题。文章在关注该计划存在问题的基础上,深入分析了其产生原因,进而提出相应的完善建议。Nowadays,the problem of college students unemployment in our country is becoming more and more severe, to alleviate and solve the problem effectively, the department of labor and social security put forward a university graduates employment novitiate plan by learning form the successful experience of developed countries. In recent years, this plan vigorous development, has obtained the encouraging result, but because this plan start quite late, had many problems in the developing process. The article pays attention to this plan, analyzed the reason thoroughly, and then proposed corresponding suggestion.
