摘 要:激光超声检测技术以其优异的特性广泛应用于无损检测评估领域,传统超声检测仪器智能化程度低、开发周期长等缺点限制了超声检测技术的发展。该文分析了激光超声探伤的原理,给出了一种确定缺陷分布位置的计算方法,建立激光超声探伤实验装置,采用LabVIEW软件开发了超声探伤虚拟仪器,进行工程结构超声探伤实验研究。结果表明,该系统能有效用于工程结构缺陷定位,相对误差为5.97%,具有较高精度,可满足工程实际需求,且操作简单,易于实现,软件界面友好,可扩展性强,智能化程度高。The laser ultrasound technology is used widely in the fields of nondestructive detection and evaluation because of its excellent characteristics. But the conventional ultrasound detection instrument has the shortcomings such as low intelligent level and long development cycles,thus limits its development. In this paper,the theory of the laser ultrasound detection is analyzed. A computational method of determining the damage's distributional position is given. An experimental setup of laser ultrasound detection is fabricated. The virtual instrument of ultrasound detec tion damage is developed based on LabVIEW software. And the experimental study is carried out. The results show that this system can he used in damage locating of engineering structures effectively. This system has higher measurement precision. The relative error is 5.97%. It can be met the requirement of engineering practice. The system is characterized by simple operation, easy realization, friendly software interface, good expansibility and high intelligent level .
